This table top welding positioner has a pivot design with screw tilt control and a 10 inch steel table. This allows heavier loads of approximately 175 pounds, centered in the vertical. This units have a 2″ – 2.5″ center hole, standard on/off foot pedal, double sealed twin ball bearings, enclosed gearing, and our unique Dual Constant Current Contact that is spring loaded for long life – rated at 300 amps @ 75% Duty Cycle. Motor is a 0-10 RPM 90V DC Leeson Electric USA, PM gearmotor and control uses 115V AC power, insulated and isolated for H.F. TIG welding.

Description

This welding positioner is different in many good ways, but here are six HUGE differences.

CNC machined 1/4″ steel plate welded construction – aligns the precision secondary gearing for long service.
Total 360 degree enclosure of the precision secondary gearing – keeps grinding dust, weld spatter and fingers out of the pinch points.
Twin SEALED ball bearings that distribute the load and still deliver smooth rotation.
Dual 300 AMP “Constant Current Contact” spring-loaded brass ground connection that follows the back side of the table, keeping the welding current out of the twin ball bearing.
Precision machined steel secondary gearing – no exposed belts or chains.
Powder coated for increased corrosion resistance.
